2023 is finally here…

by Suzanne Conroy January 01, 2023 1 Comment

Well, it has finally happened…2022 has finished!  It has gone forever and all we have are memories. Now it is time to put ourselves first. Yep; that’s right.  The kids will be back at school and busy soon enough.  Work will continue as usual.  Families will continue to work through the social challenges that are forced upon us.  As the backbone of most families though, we need to step up and take care of ourselves first in order to continue on as we are expected to.

To help you with this I have planned a range of classes that will help you.
  • new skills, Learn what to do in a class with others,  and then you can improve these skills with practice.  We will start off with something small and then you can move on to bigger and better!
  • Projects that take some time to complete - you won’t get that hit of immediate gratification with a completed project in one day, but you will have something to do that will give a release (even for a few moments) from the needs of others.
  • Kits.  Let us provide kits that can take some of the mundane aspects of sewing away for you. Then you can just get into the fun stuff.
  • Ongoing Lessons learn about appliqué, embroidery, embellishments, patchwork and quilting, even toy making.  Once a week, or fortnight, we will get together to learn a new aspect of a specific technique with others keen to learn as well.
  • affordable and cost effective classes.

I am really excited to get my plans for 2023 happening!

How would you feel about a couple of retreats?  Stay tuned for the information about our first retreat since Covid stopped things.

You can always contact me and let me know what you would like and let me make it happen.

Happy New Year peeps,

Suzanne

I look forward to classes this year, also tea and cake 😄 . To be taught by someone who is caring, funny and so good at teaching and is such a pleasure to be with. Thanks Susanne. ☺
